+ 5.000 Users: from simple workflow tracker to virtual assistant
Company with more than 5.000 employees over 5 different countries.
We started with the implementation of a tracker platform - Sukoe Tracker - to monitor the workflow stages of several business processes.
Initially we covered one single process as a demonstration platform and after a successful experience and positive user response we gradually expanded to additional processes until covering half of their business workflow. We are now expanding to unify and cover extended processes.
We then expanded the platform to add a control panel - Sukoe Dashboard - for the users to have a centralized overview of their daily work activities and access all external resources from one centralized dashboard.
This followed the implementation of a data storage system - Sukoe Drive - for the company to have their own sFTP server to store and share securely confidential data, without relaying on other cloud-based or external data storage solutions.
Lately we deployed an enterprise virtual assistant - Sukoe Virtual Assistant - as a first point of contact to response employees queries and redirect them to the right resources or personnel.
We implemented another 3 virtual assistants to cover specific processes, such as documentation and literature research, training progress and task assignment.

We were contacted to incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques into their training platform for the prediction and analysis of formative and productive behaviors.
This allow them to assess new and current employees by analyzing their training behavior and provide the extra support and resources needed to enhance their current and future productivity potential.
Due to the limitation of interaction tools in their eTraining platform, they also decided to switch to Sukoe eTraining Platform which provides an open API to easily implement external IA methods and also take the opportunity to centralize all the training processes into a single platform.
During the project deployment we also identified the lack of a dedicated data storage system within the organization to store and share training documents between employers and external contractors.
They were still using an off-the-shell and general cloud-based solution which didn't provide the storage capabilities needed and neither have the privacy and confidentiality guarantees to meet current regulatory standards.
We implemented their dedicated data storage system - Sukoe Drive - across all departments and offices.
Sukoe Drive also enhance the user interaction by working seamlessly as a local folder
They have centralized all their storage systems into one single system which also facilitates the automation of backups and recovery processes.
We are currently identifying potential processes to implement automation and optimization using IA & ML techniques.

We were contacted to implement a case management system for the administration and monitoring of customer support cases.
On top of the external solution that they were using they needed an internal platform to keep and manage all the cases internally.
We implemented Sukoe Tracker and Sukoe Automation as a centralized platform for the management of support cases.
This allow us to deploy process automation, such as case triage and case assignment.
We also provided them with a big data analysis tool to extract important information and perform signal detection activities.
